I can’t begin to say what a great experience that I had with Phil Barry! His communication time was excellent. He gave important advice often, and that helped me withdraw an offer from a house with big problems we found during DD. He saved me thousands with advice on an offer and negotiations in buying another home. He even crawled under the house with me and pointed out problems. He has resource people for inspection and survey, who are also excellent. I would give him 10 stars if I could! If you want excellence and someone who will really look out for you this is your man!
